Digital Agrifood Summit Production
The Digital Agrifood Summit (DAS) is a flagship event bringing together leaders in agriculture, food systems, and technology. Our team was commissioned to design and animate screen content to set the visual tone of the summit using a 14 metre stage and screen.

For the 2024 DAS summit, Charles Sturt University and Food Agility CRC decided to move away from generic imagery (think paddocks of cows, and wheat heads swaying in the breeze) and commissioned our team to design and animate large-format screen content.
Immediately, it would set the visual tone of the summit. It was immersive, bespoke, and future-focused to greet and inspire delegates throughout the day.
This project called for a close creative collaboration between illustration and motion design disciplines, resulting in four animated vignettes that brought the themes of digital agriculture to life across a central 14-metre wide purpose built event screen.
The challenge
To design an event experience like no other, the futuristic visual content worthy of a large-format screen environment needed to feel sophisticated, but stay rooted in the world of food and agriculture. It had to communicate the forward-looking spirit of digital innovation, and needed to work as both a still and an animated experience, looping seamlessly in a live event setting.
It also had to hold the practicality of supporting speaker presentations, panel session titles, and create an atmosphere in between breaks.
