The refreshed brand for Ipsum Advisors needed to be a little different from your average accountant. They were interested in working with Minta to refresh a brand that address how much the role of accounting has changed in recent years. Their business was born in the 70s and just like the radical changes witnessed in fashion, music, technology and politics during that time, they recognise the role of the trusted accountant has also changed significantly.
Firstly, Minta created a logo that depicted a page fold, you know the action you make when you want to remember what chapter you’re up to in a book? It’s our way of addressing the physical representation of needing to make a record of a particular moment in time. It’s what you do when you don’t want to forget where you’re up to. Or perhaps, you want to mark something of particular importance.
However you see it, this fold then turned into (see what we did there?) their graphic element, displayed in newspaper advertisements, social graphic suites and welcome packs.
We think it gives depth and demonstrates the company’s progressiveness in all things finance now and into the future.
